After a long survey on battery maintenance we, M/s Instant Solutions have invented how to     bi- pass or insert a lead acid cell from/in a battery bank under operation without interruption of     load or charging.

 
 
In a battery bank where many nos. of cells are used, requirement of replacement of one cell may     arise. However during operation in a plant it is very difficult to get the battery bank (used for     critical application) isolated from the system. Without isolation of the bank it is not possible to     replace the cell.

 
 
Our invention ensures you trouble free replacement of the cell from the battery bank and     inserting another cell into the battery bank while the bank is under operation.

 
 
You test your batteries once in a year or once in two years. During capacity testing if you find     minimum cell voltage from one cell then you terminate discharge testing.
Why?
For one or two     cells you are estimating the capacity of entire bank. Some times you stop discharge test, bi-pass     the cell and again continue testing. Interruption during testing will not give you the right result.

 
 
Use ON-LNE CELL BI-PASS MODULE. Bi-pass the cell became weak without interruption of     testing and continue up to your desired point. You will find better evaluation of your battery     bank.
